With a four-year track record of successful global placements across London, New York, Dublin, Paris, Hong Kong, Singapore, and Dubai, Rhys specialises in recruiting Mid-to-Senior level Quantitative Developers, Software Engineers, Trading Infrastructure Specialists, and Data Engineers. He is dedicated to helping exceptional talent secure career-defining roles at leading hedge funds and trading firms worldwide. Rhys graduated from the National University of Ireland, Galway with a Bachelor’s degree in International Commerce, specialising in Finance and German. His degree provided opportunities to study and work across Europe, including a year spent in Nuremberg, Germany. After graduating in the post-COVID period, Rhys followed his interests in financial markets and technology and began his career at Capital Markets Recruitment. Today, he works as a specialist headhunter within the Hedge Fund and Trading Technology sectors, known for his hands-on approach and international reach.
