Rowen's Bio
He began his recruitment career with a boutique firm, joining their legal recruitment team and quickly progressing to Senior Consultant. There, he specialised in placing legal talent across both international and domestic markets. Rowen joined Capital Markets in 2017, where he focuses on executive search for Legal, Risk & Compliance professionals. He partners with candidates at all levels and works across a broad range of jurisdictions.
